Customer Service Officer (Call Centre - Part Time) We’re looking for unique job seekers, who’d like a short-term stint in a customer service role, or a longer-term tenure of the same, but with flexi work hours.
Responsibilities
• Respond professionally to all customer calls
• Log all enquiry, feedback and complaint cases promptly
• Elevate, monitor and follow-up proactively with customers to ensure closure
• Communicate and coordinate with teammates on outstanding cases
Requirements:
• GCE 'N' Level or above or other equivalent certifications
• No experience required as training will be provided
• Know how to genuinely have fun in an environment charged with people energy
• Able to commit to at least 3 times of schedule per week
• Flexible coming in on a weekend shift
• East area
