The Museum ot Modem and Contemporary Art in Nusantara (Museum MACAN) will be the first institution of its kind in Indonesia, providing public access to a significant and growing collection of modern and contemporary art from Indonesia and around the world.
Dedicated to supporting interdisciplinary education and cultural exchange, the institution will also offer a wide variety ot public programs, and a dynamic exhibition program.
As part of its mission, the museum will be an important platform for local and international artists to present their work to a global audience, and will commission new works by artists that broaden perspectives on contemporary art in and beyond Indonesia.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Petty Cash of IDR 10 Mio per month – Imprest Fund System
- Deposit daily cash tickets revenue to the Bank
- Prepare payments for YMM projects and operational
- Withholding tax reporting in Tax System
- Ticket Revenue Local Tax payment and reporting to Local Tax Office
- Input Petty Cash and Bank Payments to SAP System
- Reconciliation daily Bank Balances in Bank Statements to SAP System
- Reconciliation Tickets Revenue Cash, Mid trans, Transfer in Bank Statement versus POS System and SAP System
- Monthly closing financial report
- Helping implementation upgrading SAP system
- Forecast Weekly payments and discussion to Manager

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Have a minimum of 3 years as Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor
- Experience in KAP as an auditor is a plus
- Mastering Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Mastering the accounting system SAP
- Have good knowledge and experience in Cash Flow, Payable and Receivable
- Able to understand journal well
- Have good analysis, initiative, and problem solving
