Job Description
- Lead contract management process, both customer contracts and vendor contracts
- Work closely with Board of Directors and executive management on business and legal strategy for any strategic partnership and transactions.
- Maintain all the business license and operational license to ensure that the company is complying with relevant local regulations.
- Monitor risks arise from changes in regulation relevant to the company.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Min 5 Years experience in Contract management
- People management and ability to engage people at all level of organizations
- Ability to handle permits and licenses
- Ability to prepare basic legal documents (e.g: Power of Attorneys, Letter of Intent)
- Ability to work on a team or by own initiative
- Ability to be a first point of contact with regard to the company's legal issue
- Legal documents reviewing knowledge
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, fast learner, and task oriented
- Ability to work independently, also a good team player
- Ability to work under tight time schedule and targets
