< Qualification >
- Age Max. 30 years
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma 1
- Prefer 2(two) years of working experience in the field (Import & Sales Admin.)
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales Administration or Admin Import equivalent.
- Good personality, diligent, honest, & highly motivated
- Influent English both speaking & writing
- Proficient in MS Office(Excel / Word)
- Able to work as a team and individually
- Good communication skills and have the ability to negotiate
- Placement in South Jakarta

- Documentation related Sales Admin & Import.
- Processing all of Purchase Order, Sales Order, Import including Customs & Inland Logistic.
- Keep Sales Data Administration
- Monitoring the account receivable from customer
- Follow up all activities conducted to obtain business opportunities at a future time to the customer.
- Verify that all documentation adheres to import policies and laws.
- . Deal with shipping, receiving, and record keeping for international transactions.
- . Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.
- They also deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.
- Coordinate all of issues related domestic shipment or delivery.
